BWG is owned and managed by a small team of international real estate professionals with extensive academic, management and financial background, including PhD / MBAs graduates with strong analytical and quantitative skills.

The team started its investment activities over a decade ago and has managed ever since to produce superior returns in real estate projects in Scandinavia, the Baltics, Russia and, most recently, Germany.
